Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents and communications from English to Finnish and vice versa, maintaining the intended meaning and tone.
• Support the customer's team in developing language-specific strategies for content localization and adaptation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide linguistic advice and resolve language-related queries.
• Conduct regular quality assurance assessments of Finnish language materials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Finnish language trends and best practices.
• Deliver linguistic training or workshops to enhance language skills within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Finnish with excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.
• Demonstrated experience in translation, localization, or linguistic editing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish language conventions and cultural nuances.
