Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic counseling to clients and families on a range of personal and interpersonal issues.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather essential background and progress information.
• Maintain detailed, accurate client records and produce comprehensive reports and evaluations.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Refer clients to appropriate community and social service resources as part of a holistic care approach.
• Contribute expertise in structured tasks to support and train AI models, enhancing their ability to recognize and respond to behavioral health scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and compassion.
• Strong organizational skills with a high standard for documentation and confidentiality.
• Ability to assess client needs, develop effective interventions, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Technological proficiency and comfort participating in remote and digital programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising in clinical or educational settings.
• Background in contributing to technology or AI-driven health initiatives.
• Bilingual skills or experience supporting diverse communities.
