The Role

Join our team as the first dedicated SDR and own the outbound pipeline for one of the most innovative AI products in the enterprise space. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to partner directly with enterprise sales leaders, work on high-impact Fortune 500 and AI-native startup deals, and rapidly accelerate your career in enterprise AI sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling targeting a curated list of F500 companies and AI-native startups.
• Conduct account research to support personalized outreach to senior AI and engineering leaders.
• Book and coordinate discovery calls, ensuring smooth handoff to Enterprise Cortex Partners (ECPs).
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, content, and event-driven initiatives.
• Use modern AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and learn best-in-class outbound strategies.
• Maintain organized CRM records and track activity, conversion rates, and key learnings.
• Participate in live deals, gaining exposure to ECPs, leadership, and domain experts from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate (2024–2026) with strong academic performance or equivalent practical achievements.
• Strong interest in enterprise technology and AI (through coursework, projects, internships, or self-learning).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize messaging.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new tools (e.g., CRM platforms, outreach tools).
• Self-starter mindset with curiosity and a bias for action.

Preferred

• Exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships, projects, campus orgs, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar systems.
• Interest or involvement in the AI or enterprise tech ecosystem (clubs, hackathons, content, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with peers, mentors, or stakeholders in academic or extracurricular settings.
