micro1 is engaging Claude Code Users to contribute as expert practitioners on a customer’s project focused on advancing AI coding agent capabilities. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Ideal contributors are current STEM professionals who integrate AI coding agents into their workflows, using these tools for complex technical tasks that go far beyond basic code completion.

Scope of Work

• Share detailed accounts of how you utilize AI coding agents, including specific tools, workflows, and technical challenges addressed.
• Provide comprehensive descriptions and evaluations of using AI agents to tackle real-world, intricate technical problems (e.g., navigating large codebases, debugging, or architectural changes).
• Document step-by-step approaches for leveraging AI agents to build end-to-end features, resolve ambiguous requirements, or collaborate on complex projects.
• Critically assess the strengths and limitations of AI agents in diverse scenarios, offering data-driven insights and suggestions.
• Contribute written and verbal feedback to inform the ongoing improvement of AI models and coding assistants.
• Participate in structured interviews, surveys, or knowledge-sharing sessions detailing your experience and perspectives as a technical expert.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a STEM professional, regularly using AI coding agents as a core tool in your technical toolkit.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical workflows, challenges, and solutions both in writing and verbally.
• Track record of applying AI assistants to sophisticated tasks—such as end-to-end feature development, architectural refactoring, or advanced debugging—in dynamic, real-world environments.
• Clear examples of leveraging AI agents beyond basic coding assistance to optimize productivity and tackle open-ended or ambiguous technical problems.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with popular AI coding tools and emerging best practices in the field.
