Mercor is seeking senior FP&A and corporate finance professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 finance contexts.
The workflows are calibrated to the planning cycles, reporting cadence, and capital decisions of Fortune 500 and large public companies.
Contributors design realistic enterprise finance scenarios, produce reference models and memos, and write rubrics that reflect senior FP&A judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Construct FP&A scenarios spanning public-company planning, 10-Q and 10-K cycles, earnings preparation, and board / CFO / CEO reporting packages.
Build three-statement models, driver-based forecasts, and variance analyses at $1B+ revenue scale.
Develop tasks involving capital allocation, M&A integration finance, treasury, and investor relations exposure.
Work with enterprise EPM platforms (Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion, Pigment) as deployed in F500 finance stacks.
Author rubrics that capture the analytical depth and communication standards expected of F500 finance leaders.
Ideal Qualifications
5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR in a finance advisory role serving F500 clients (Big 4 advisory, MBB, top-tier investment banks).
Direct experience with public-company reporting cycles, board-level materials, and enterprise budgeting at material scale.
Fluency in enterprise EPM and modeling tooling used in F500 finance organizations.
Prior rubric, training, or technical content authorship is a plus.
Compensation Note
Hourly Pay: $85 to $120 per hour, set by Mercor based on demonstrated expertise.
Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.

Advancement: strong contributors move into reviewer, lead, and domain SME roles with elevated rates.
