Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality audio samples in Norwegian, ensuring clear pronunciation and minimal background noise.
• Transcribe and annotate audio data with meticulous attention to detail, following established guidelines.
• Evaluate the quality of speech data, providing constructive feedback and ensuring accuracy in labeling.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to support sophisticated AI workflow processes.
• Utilize your phonetic knowledge to ensure correct pronunciation and intonation in all recordings.
• Maintain organized records of audio files, annotations, and evaluation results.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, contributing insights to improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian, with strong command of pronunciation and linguistic nuances.
• Experience in audio recording, such as voice acting, podcasting, music production, or similar roles is highly valued.
• Familiarity with speech data collection and AI workflows is preferred, but not required.
• Keen attention to detail for accurate transcription and annotation tasks.
• Awareness of phonetics and standard Norwegian pronunciation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in providing feedback and collaborating remotely.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in audio engineering or previous involvement in speech-related projects.
• Prior experience working with language data or AI systems.
• Academic background in linguistics, phonetics, or a related field.
