Engineering Professional — Handshake AI Fellowship

Handshake is recruiting Engineering Professionals to contribute to an AI research project. In this program, you’ll apply your expertise to help improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language. The Handshake AI program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise.

Compensation: Up to $100/hr

Remote position, US-only. Weekly payments (Mon–Sun PST cycle, payout Wednesday) via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.

Work on AI training and evaluation projects with leading AI companies including OpenAI and Anthropic.
