AI Gig Jobs is free to use and we never charge workers. We are paid by some of the platforms we list, which means we have a financial interest in you applying. This page explains exactly how that works, what you will see on the platform's side, and what it costs you.
If you apply to a Mercor role through this site, Mercor records us as your referrer. In your Mercor account this appears as:
aigigjobs
That is this site. If you found the listing through a search engine and do not remember passing through aigigjobs.com, that is a reasonable reaction — it is why this page exists. Mercor is currently the only platform we list where a referrer name is visible to you.
Nothing. Not a percentage, not a fee, not a deduction. The most common assumption is that a referrer takes a cut of the worker's earnings. That is not how these programs work.
The platform pays us separately, out of its own recruiting budget, for sending a candidate who gets hired. Your pay rate, your hours, and your contract terms are identical to what they would be if you had found the role yourself. Nothing about the referral is visible to the team you end up working with, and it has no bearing on whether you are hired.
We list every job we can find that is worth your time, whether or not we are paid for it. Most of the platforms on this site have no referral arrangement with us, and those links are plain links. We do not rank paid platforms above unpaid ones, and we do not leave a good role off the board because we earn nothing from it.
That is entirely your call, and there is no hard feeling in it. Two ways to avoid the attribution:
We would rather you use the site knowing this than find out later and feel misled.
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know whether a specific listing is one we are paid for, ask us at hello@aigigjobs.com. We will answer straight.
