In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for seasoned professionals who excel in consultative selling, cold calling, and high-volume prospecting, and who are passionate about optimizing outbound sales strategies through technology-enabled processes.

Scope of Work

• Initiate outbound prospecting activities via cold calls, emails, and social channels to build robust B2B lead pipelines.
• Research, identify, and qualify potential business opportunities within target markets and verticals.
• Engage prospects in consultative conversations, effectively communicating value propositions and handling objections.
• Document all prospect interactions and pipeline activities accurately within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and refine outreach approaches.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance AI training datasets based on real-world interactions and industry best practices.
• Analyze results from outreach initiatives and propose strategies for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in B2B sales development, with a track record of success in outbound prospecting.
• Expertise in cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative sales conversations within complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency with leading CRM tools for pipeline management and activity tracking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on professionalism and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for diverse industries and customer personas.
• Strong analytical and feedback skills to support data-driven AI system training.
• Previous participation in technology-driven sales engagements or AI-related projects is a plus.
